League Rules

Floor Hockey (4-on-4, Men's)

This league will follow the rules listed under Floor Hockey (5-on-5, Co-ed) league with the following exceptions:

Teams will play with 3 "skaters" and a goalie (making it 4-on-4)
There is no requirement to have a female on the court
Players may use DOM Elite sticks (firmer, more rigid than Dom Pro/Vision)
